Next Tuesday we are going to discuss mindfulness
and also a related but less known practice called remembrance
Mindfulness is the psychological process that allows to bring one's attention to experiences taking place in the present moment, and doing it without judgment.
"Meditation" and "mindfulness" are buzzwords these days for good reason. Mindfulness practice is known to decrease symptoms of depression, to reduce stress, anxiety, and even used in the treatment of drug addiction. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
You'll hear a short presentation on this topic. This will be an opportunity to ask questions and learn some new skills.
